About Bethel Community Church
This year Bethel Community Church will be sharing our Ride Partner Grant proceeds with the Doro Medical Clinic in South Sudan and the L'Arche Orphanage in Lacroix Perisse, Haiti. The medical clinic continues to serve increasing numbers of refugees, others displaced through local violence, as well as the ongoing needs of host communities in this remote area of South Sudan. In Haiti, the funds will be used to purchase a new van/truck for the general needs of the orphanage and will greatly help with the bakery and fish farm operations. In Doro, the funds will purchase life saving medications and general medical supplies for the many in desperate need.
Please join with us as we strive to reach our financial goal and bring hope to these two communities!

What to Bring
A few common sense suggestions:
- A cell phone for emergencies (recommended but not required)
- Your bike and helmet or walking shoes
- Extra snacks if you have allergies or food sensitivities
- Warm layers with moisture-repelling clothing. Early October weather can be cool, with rain and wind. The weather might also be gorgeous and sunny. So be sure to keep your eye on the forecast.
- A passion for the charity you're walking and fundraising for!
